General

All quantities and items ordered are subject to availability. All orders are subject to acceptance by Texas Assistive Devices, LLC, Brazoria, Texas. All Texas Assistive Devices back orders will be automatically canceled after 90 days.

How to Order

Use Texas Assistive Devices catalogue numbers and item descriptions on all orders. Include desired mode of shipment on all orders, domestic and international. Place your order by emailing orders@n-abler.org or through the Contact form.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order is $50.00 net including drop shipments. A handling charge of $10.00 will be billed on all orders for less than $50.00 net worth of merchandise.

Checks- Under NET 30 TERMS. US $

Credit Cards- to be used on date of purchase . US $

Prices and Shipping

All prices quoted F.O.B. Brazoria, Texas USA. Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be adequately insured at the purchaser’s expense. United Parcel Service, FedEx, US Mail will be shipped prepaid and freight will be added to the invoice. We will make every effort to comply with requested ship dates and to instruct carriers to schedule delivery appointments when requested on purchase orders. However, Texas Assistive Devices retains the right to route shipments and to ship in the most pricatical manner, at its sole discretion, regardless of special routing instructions listed on the purchase order.

Service Charges

Past due amounts are subject to 1 1/2% per month service charge, with an effective annual rate of 18%. Government regulations require that service charges be applied to each and every account in a like manner.

Past Due Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend shipments if any portion of an account becomes past due, unless satisfactory arrangements have been made with our Credit Department.

Returns, Adjustments, Credits

Prior approval and a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Texas Assistive Devices on goods returned for credit. Merchandise may not be returned without the prior approval of Texas Assistive Devices. Merchandise returned without prior approval will be subject to refusal and returned freight collect. Generally Texas Assistive Devices will accept return for credit any merchandise shipped in error or which, on inspection, is found to be defective in workmanship or materials. Credit is not allowed on worn or misused articles. Returns must be shipped prepaid freight. A restocking fee of 15% and shipping charges will apply to all returned merchandise where Texas Assistive Devices is not at fault. Restocking fees are due upon receipt of invoice. Merchandise may not be returned for credit after 30 days from date of shipment. Custom order merchandise is not eligible to be returned for credit.
